Join us for an evening discussion about emerging trends, opportunities, and innovation in the urban tech sector, with guest presenters from IDEO CoLab, Municipal Code Corporation, and Zagster at Domi Station. The event is free and open to the public. Food and drinks will be provided by Catalina Café.

Panel presenters:

Jacob Waites - IDEO CoLab

Jacob Waites is a Visual & Interaction Design Lead at IDEO CoLab's Cambridge Studio. With a background in product design and development, he likes to build digital projects that are paired with physical forms and experiences. Working on brand and fabrication projects both small and large scale at the CoLab, he seeks to help inspire others through experimentation with new technologies.

Eric Grant - Municode

Eric Grant is President of Municipal Code Corporations (Municode). Eric joined the Municode team in 2007 after graduating from the University of Virginia School of Law. Prior to receiving his Juris Doctorate from the University of Virginia, and becoming a member of the Florida Bar, Eric served as a Tank Platoon Commander in the United States Marine Corps. As President of Municode, Eric has helped the company achieve increased levels of growth and has guided the team in several acquisitions both in Municode’s traditional line of business and into new verticals.

Vanessa Christiansen - Zagster

Vanessa Christiansen is a Regional Market manager at Zagster. She has a background in urban planning and works primarily with transportation.
