TECH EXPO 2016: Request For Proposals From Event Planners


TalTech Alliance invites event planners to submit current, original content proposals for its upcoming TechExpo, scheduled for May 2017 in Tallahassee, FL. We are seeking proposals from event planners that will guide the TalTech Alliance Board in all aspects of the TechExpo Conference for 2017.The deadline for submitting proposals is January 4, 2017. Proposals should be emailed to admin@taltech.org with TechExpo Planning Proposal in the subject line.

What is TechExpo?

TechExpo is the premier technology conference in Tallahassee, Florida, hosted by an all-volunteer, non-profit organization, TalTech Alliance. TechExpo was originated to achieve the organization’s leading purpose: to bring together government, education, and business to create opportunity, foster business growth, and promote the greater Tallahassee area as a source of technology innovation

TechExpo unites experts from all walks of the nation to present on original solutions that help increase success, while leveraging technology. Past keynote speakers included, Skylar Vander Molen, Art Director at Facebook, Seth Goldenberg, founder and CEO of Epic Decade and James Taylor, executive director of the Florida Technology Council. Local Tallahassee leaders, such as Mayor Andrew Gillum, are also known to address the audience with insightful commentary.

TechExpo is a one-day conference with traditional breakout sessions and two keynote speakers. The day could include a light breakfast, lunch and a happy hour celebration with an exhibition hall for technology organizations. The TalTech Board is seeking new and innovative ways to modernize the conference schedule and provide provocative programming that will attract a wider audience.
