On Wednesday September 20, 2017 TalTech Alliance and Board Member Kevin Kjellerup presented on How to Keep Robots & Management From Taking our Jobs. We conducted a shortened Red Bead game, discussed lessons learned from current management mistakes, and reviewed a proposed strategy to continually improve how we manage, provide joy and pride in work, and avoid the workforce apocalypse represented by an over-dependence on robotics and automation.
